Pie Crust

One 9" pie crust:
1 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1/3 c. oil
2 T. water

Mix in a bowl in order given, using a fork.  Roll between two sheets of waxed paper.

Even for 2-crust pies, just make one recipe at a time.
