Spreading meat & cheese
mixture on top of dough.

Folded dough over meat & cheese mixture.
Seam side down.

The finished product.

2 1-lb. loaves frozen bread dough, thawed
2 lbs. ground beef
chopped onion, as desired
garlic salt, as desired
shredded cheese of your choice

Roll bread out on a lightly floured surface to a 15x13-inch rectangle.  Brown ground beef, onion and garlic salt in a large skillet; drain fat.  Spread meat mixture in a 4-inch-wide strip over the length of the dough, stopping 2 inches from the ends.  Scatter cheese over the top of the meat mixture.  Fold shorter ends of dough in and bring long sides of dough over meat mixture.  Pinch edges together to seal.  Place, seam side down, in a 15x10x1-inch baking pan.  Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.  Let set 5 minutes before serving.
