That being said, enjoy this sweet version for Holstein crinkles.
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. cocoa
4 eggs
2 t. vanilla
2 1/3 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. powdered sugar
Combine sugar and oil in a large bowl. Add cocoa; blend well. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; add to cocoa mixture. Cover with plastic and chill overnight. Shape dough into 2" balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes at 350*.
