When Ragbrai came through Oskaloosa this past summer, the bikers went right past my parents house so we hung out at their house all day watching the bikers go by. I made these brownies to share. They are rich and addicting!
1 pkg. brownie mix
7 oz. marshmallow crème
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 c. Rice Krispies
Prepare brownie mix and bake in an 8x10" pan according to package directions. Warm marshmallow crème a little in the microwave so that it's easier to spread, then spread over warm brownies. Melt together chocolate chips and peanut butter; combine with Rice Krispies. Spread on top, then cool before cutting.
