Almond Bark Popcorn

I like to make this munchy snack when the kids have friends over.  It is usually a huge hit!

3 bags All Natural (little or no butter) microwave popcorn
3 squares vanilla almond bark
1 bag white chocolate chips
Plain M & M's, if desired

Pop the popcorn and put in large mixing bowl.  Melt almond bark and white chocolate chips.  Pour over popcorn.  Mix well and lay out on waxed paper to dry.  Sprinkle M & M's on popcorn while still warm so they stick to the vanilla coating.

Vicki's Note:  To melt the almond bark and white chocolate chips I put them in a microwaveable bowl and melt at 50% power in 30 section intervals.
