1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened*
1/4 c. caramel ice cream topping
1/2 c. chopped pecans, toasted, divided **
1 c. frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
Crackers of your choice
In medium bowl, stir together cream cheese and ice cream topping. Stir in pecans. Fold in whipped topping. Serve with crackers.
*Soften cream cheese in microwave on high for 15-20 seconds.
**To toast pecans, spread evenly on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes or until light golden brown, stirring once or twice.
