Turtles

Here are the turtles before I dipped them in the chocolate

1 - 14 oz. pkg. caramels (about 45)

2 T. water

1/2 lb. plain Hershey bar (those huge ones)

1/4 bar paraffin

1 8 oz. pkg. chopped pecan pieces

Melt caramels and water in top of double boiler.  Add pecans and drop by teaspoon full on lightly greased cookie sheet.  Chill. Melt chocolate and paraffin in double boiler and dip caramels in chocolate.
