Tupperware Rolls

These are an easy way to make rolls.  No kneading necessary.

9 c. flour
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. scalded milk
2/3 c. sugar
2 t. salt
4 eggs, beaten
2 pkgs. (5 t.) dry yeast
1 c. butter

Place 4 c. flour into a large Tupperware bowl and make a hole in the center.  Add the scalded milk and water to make it warm, then add eggs, sugar and salt.  Sprinkle the yeast over the mixture and put on the lid without mixing.  Let set for one hour.  Remove the lid and add softened butter.  Use mixer for about 2 minutes and add remaining flour.  Add more flour if necessary to form a ball.  Replace the lid and set in a warm place.  When the seal pops off, work into rolls.  Let them rise again.  Bake for 25-30 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
